Being the first time homebuyer I was I didn't know what to expect . I knew that I had a million questions and would have to find someone as detailed as I was and able to be patient with me. Luckily my pursuit of loan approval was navigated in the hands of Ryan!! I cannot be thankful or more grateful for the patience and the extra time he spent with me to get every detail ironed out and handled in the most time efficient manner possible. Every time I called every email he was there. Bright and early first thing in the morning to even the late evening ... there he was touching base reminding me of how I could get better rates. He really took the time needed and anyone that truly loves what they do I would have to say it is him. He has a passion for this process and I am forever grateful . As a real estate agent I want to send people to a lender who will keep their best interests in mind will answer any and all questions in a timely manner has experience closing many different types of loans and will treat them with respect. As a buyer I want someone who isn't going beat around the bush and can close quick at a good rate. Ryan is the guy for all of that. My husband and I have been self-employed for years with a complicated portfolio and Ryan worked with us to get our dream beach house closed in about 3.5 weeks. He's also helped counsel many family and friends near and far to get them into their homes quickly as well.
