Josh was extremely knowledgeable. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. He was able to give us specific instructions as to what documents were required. I honestly don't think we could have accomplished our dream of owning a house without him.

Joshua couldn't have been more helpful. The first time I called him he was at an airport with his family to leave for vacation. He took my call! I suggested we talk when he returned and he answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I have already recommended him to others.

It's extremely rare that I give high marks across the board when providing feedback but Josh has earned it. He takes the time to research all lending options and explain the advantages and risks of each option. While he's highly motivated to close on time he doesn't sacrifice his client's interests and needs in the process. I've worked with him on two home purchases and I've recommended him to my family and friends as soon as I've heard they're in the market. Josh will continue to be my first option for financing a home and as good as he is I don't imagine I'll need to work with anyone else
