As a First time buyer Bob really helped me learn a lot throughout the home buying process. He was always willing to take extra time to answer my questions and explain thoroughly. He really made what can be the most stressful procedure into a knowledgeable and exciting experience that I took a lot away from. Bob helped us refinance in September. Our situation was different because we had a small first mortgage and a very large home equity line of credit from an addition/renovation project a few years ago.
